Paid features may be offered through app stores, payment processors, or direct billing. Prices, taxes, renewal periods, and included features may vary by region and plan.
By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize the applicable provider to charge the selected payment method according to the displayed terms.
Trials and cancellations
Trials may convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges.
If you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play, cancellation and refund requests may need to be handled through that store’s account tools.
Refund requests
Refund eligibility depends on purchase channel, local law, product access, technical issues, promotional terms, and evidence of misuse or fraud.
Where we control the transaction, we review refund requests fairly and may issue full, partial, or no refund depending on the circumstances.
